You know that meme by supporters of racial profiling at airports and border crossings, where they say that TSA and ICE should be searching for Arab-looking folks instead of strip-searching people in wheelchairs?

Well, here's one more reason why that might not be so smart:

A 19-year-old man posing as a disabled person was allegedly found to have five pounds of marijuana stuffed under the seat of a wheelchair at the San Ysidro border crossing, U.S. authorities said Monday.

The suspect, Donte Jonae Damas, looked nervous when a drug-sniffing dog approached him at the port of entry’s pedestrian processing area.

The dog alerted customs officers, who allegedly found the marijuana tightly wrapped in three packages under his seat, authorities said.
