Forget "Homefront." This is the real Korean invasion.
Pearls of witticism from 'Bo the Blogger: Kushibo's Korea blog... Kushibo-e Kibun... Now with Less kimchi, more nunchi. Random thoughts and commentary (and indiscernibly opaque humor) about selected social, political, economic, and health-related issues of the day affecting "foreans," Koreans, Korea and East Asia, along with the US, especially Hawaii, Orange County and the rest of California, plus anything else that is deemed worthy of discussion. Forza Corea!
They've been in New York for over 2 years already.
ReplyDeleteReally? This particular Paris Baguette is going up in the same high-end mall where I first saw a Kyochon franchise, in Los Angeles County, so I thought it was starting as a West Coast thing. Maybe somewhere in Los Angeles (e.g., Koreatown) they already exist.
ReplyDeleteHow are they taste-wise? Do they have the Korean-style menu or have they localized with things Americans like from bakeries? I actually like Paris Baguette and find their selection quite unlike the dry cake stuff that some other bakeries sell, but I don't know how other Americans (including US-born kyopo) would go for this stuff.
