Pearls of witticism from 'Bo the Blogger: Kushibo's Korea blog... Kushibo-e Kibun... Now with Less kimchi, more nunchi. Random thoughts and commentary (and indiscernibly opaque humor) about selected social, political, economic, and health-related issues of the day affecting "foreans," Koreans, Korea and East Asia, along with the US, especially Hawaii, Orange County and the rest of California, plus anything else that is deemed worthy of discussion. Election Day
I can't vote in Korea, but I did finally get my absentee ballot for California. I voted for Jerry Brown, who was governor back when I was a little kid.
And I voted YES on Prop 14 (which did pass), which allows for open primaries where the top two go on the November ballot. I think this will prevent us from getting Dems and Repubs that are too left or right if center, but it might also lead to entrenched incumbency.
