I'm writing this up for two reasons. First, it's a good opportunity to point out how far South Korean democracy has come since the time — less than twenty-five years ago — that a military dictatorship was in control of the country.
Second, it's a good opportunity to point out that parties is an anagram of pirates.
I only just noticed that this morning. One more reason I won't get Lasik is that I'd miss gems like that (without my glasses on, I'd misread the above headline).
Pearls of witticism from 'Bo the Blogger: Kushibo's Korea blog... Kushibo-e Kibun... Now with Less kimchi, more nunchi. Random thoughts and commentary (and indiscernibly opaque humor) about selected social, political, economic, and health-related issues of the day affecting "foreans," Koreans, Korea and East Asia, along with the US, especially Hawaii, Orange County and the rest of California, plus anything else that is deemed worthy of discussion. Forza Corea!
