As if this result were unexpected.

Still, one has to wonder what Eritrea did so badly to best North Korea for the bottom spot (or would that be worst), or what North Korea did to make them not quite so bad as to be firmly on the bottom.

Oh, and the explanation that Reporters Sans Frontières gives about their rankings of democratic countries is also worth reading.
