Shot then forgot

Even though this happened in Orange County, I didn't blog on the death of Susie Kim, a Korean-American mother who was shot dead by cops in central OC's Santa Ana after a chase that began in the western OC community of Buena Park after unspecified suspicious driving. It had been handled enough at The Marmot's Hole, and I didn't have anything to add. Rather, I was waiting to hear the results of the investigation. 

Two months on, there's nothing more in the local media. It's as if her death did not occur. No outrage, no word of an investigation, no report on the on-going study of the situation. Nothing. 

It makes me almost want to go call up the police and ask them what the hell's going on. But more politely than that.
