Pearls of witticism from 'Bo the Blogger: Kushibo's Korea blog... Kushibo-e Kibun... Now with Less kimchi, more nunchi. Random thoughts and commentary (and indiscernibly opaque humor) about selected social, political, economic, and health-related issues of the day affecting "foreans," Koreans, Korea and East Asia, along with the US, especially Hawaii, Orange County and the rest of California, plus anything else that is deemed worthy of discussion. Forza Corea!
I guess the person at the ad place mistook No Agents for No Asians. lol
ReplyDeleteHe does have a heavy accent.
But don't they let you read the ad before they submit it into publishing?
Still a funny video.
damn ethnics, get out of my house
ReplyDeleteHaha..this was hilarious. And no, I would think that not all newspapers let you read it before you put the ad in...you can probably do it over the phone. haha...this was great.
ReplyDeleteOh..and one more thing, I still didn't get why people were laughing at the end, because when he said "Agents"...I still thought he said "Asians" until I read cjlatina's comment. So, I could see how the newspaper messed up.

I'm guessing they might have read it back to him over the phone ("No Asians") and he heard "No agents" and say, "Yeah, sounds good, mate."

Yeah, it was hard to understand him, because I was really listening for whatever lame excuse this guy was going to come up with, and I'm wondering to myself, "Why is he so upset if some Asian people flip his house after he's sold it? Does he think Asians are more likely to do that?"

The preferred line is "Hey, you ethnics! Get off my lawn!"
