For slightly less than 200,000 won, you can go and get a very thorough check-up at the Korea Association of Health Promotion (한국건강관리협회) in Yongdu-2-dong (and other locations throughout the capital and the rest of the country).
They test for all sorts of problems (more on this later), with blood tests, ultrasound examinations, X-rays, and even stool analysis. Great fun as you enter the assembly line-like process. If you're over thirty, I recommend it. I may even be willing to act as translator for anyone who doesn't speak Korean (the staff there doesn't speak English, apparently).
Bonus points if anyone can tell me what organ this is.

There's a psychological term for this when the brain sees one thing (구시보) but it assumes it is seeing something else more familiar and logical (구십오).

At first glance,the shape looks like a liver. Behind the organ are some ribs, so it could be, but I would expect the liver to be solid and not have something inside. I see the coils of an intestine below. Perhaps it's the stomach. My final answer is the stomach.

Sonagi, I think it's the liver, too, but I'm not sure. I went to the place on an empty stomach, but the white stuff you see could be the (ionized?) fluid they make you consume before doing the X-ray process.
I hope no one from the med-soc program sees this, because I don't know what I'm talking about.
