Other news around the peninsula

Our top story is that these mooks have been hanging out in my neighborhood, making a lot of noise and upsetting my afternoon siesta.

This beautiful bay at left, in Shinan, South Cholla Province, has reportedly gained popularity among Korean couples. Lovers are said to be attracted by the inlet's heart shape, which adds a bit of romance to a romp in the sack at the nearby love motels.

In a related story, sufferers of hepatitis-B are said to be flocking to a kidney-shaped lake in Kangwon-do Province.

← In a special ceremony this morning, police in Mapo-gu Ward thank a man known only by his moniker, "Super Korean Man," who has made a name for himself by swooping into traffic to rescue children who have inadvertently ventured out into the street. The Taegukki-caped man's heroics are said to have reduced traffic-related injuries in the western Seoul district by 3.8% last month.
