Pearls of witticism from 'Bo the Blogger: Kushibo's Korea blog... Kushibo-e Kibun... Now with Less kimchi, more nunchi. Random thoughts and commentary (and indiscernibly opaque humor) about selected social, political, economic, and health-related issues of the day affecting "foreans," Koreans, Korea and East Asia, along with the US, especially Hawaii, Orange County and the rest of California, plus anything else that is deemed worthy of discussion. Forza Corea!

Floating Starbucks capsizes in Han River
A stationary barge in the Han River, moored in Hanam City just east of Seoul, capsized this afternoon due to heavy rain. No injuries were reported, but the two restaurants and the Starbuck's franchise located on board have reportedly caused what is being described as "considerable ecological damage" to the river. Here a witness is pointing out a slick caused by the coffee seller's green tea latte machine.
